The Linen Overshirt is made from 100% European linen, sourced from flax grown in Western Europe where the climate produces flax that is longer, stronger, and more consistent than varieties grown elsewhere.
Linen manages heat better than almost any other natural fibre. It wicks moisture away from the skin rapidly. It has a natural texture that develops character with wear and wash. Unlike synthetics that pill and degrade, linen gets softer, more supple, and more beautiful the more you use it. A linen overshirt worn 200 times looks better than one worn twice.
Machine wash cold or hand wash. Line dry. Iron while damp if desired. No tumble dry.
Store folded, not hung. Natural fibres retain shape better when folded for longer periods.
Natural fibres improve with proper care. Avoid harsh detergents. Use a gentle, plant-based wash where possible.
At end of life, this garment will biodegrade completely. No microplastics. No synthetic residue.
